This Privacy Policy applies to the Application (mobile and other software applications, together with any related services) that is created and provided by Morgan Games LLC (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a free or paid service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

1. Information We Collect

The Application may collect information when you download and use it. This may include:

(a) Device and Technical Data

Your device’s Internet Protocol address (IP address)
Device type, model, operating system, language, and time zone
App version, crash logs, performance data
The pages/screens of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
The total time spent in the Application
Device identifiers for advertising (e.g., IDFA on iOS, Google Advertising ID on Android)

The Application does not gather precise (GPS-level) information about the location of your mobile device. Approximate location may be inferred from your IP address or device settings for analytics or advertising purposes, where permitted.

(b) Usage and Gameplay Data

Depending on the features of the Application, we may collect:

User or screen name, avatar or profile picture (if applicable)
In-app progress, scores, achievements, items, and settings
Interactions with in-app features, ads, and offers
Session length, frequency of use, and general interaction patterns

This data helps us understand how the Application is used, improve gameplay and user experience, and detect technical issues.

(c) Personally Identifiable Information

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:

Age range
Language and time zone

When you make in-app purchases through platforms such as Google Play or Apple App Store, the transaction is processed by the respective store. The Service Provider does not receive or store your credit card or bank account details.

The Service Provider may receive limited information related to the purchase, such as:

Type of product purchased (e.g., virtual currency, items, premium features)
Date and time of the transaction

This information is used to deliver the purchased items and to keep track of your in-app purchases.

2. Third-Party Services and Access

Only aggregated, anonymized, or pseudonymized data may be periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and its service, perform analytics, show ads, and ensure security.

3. Advertising and Analytics

The Application may display advertisements and may use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the Application.

Advertising

The Application may use advertising networks (such as AdMob or similar) that rely on:

Device identifiers for advertising (e.g., IDFA on iOS, Google Advertising ID on Android)
Non-precise location and device information

These identifiers enable app providers and advertisers to track app usage and show more relevant ads. Depending on your device settings, you can reset or limit ad tracking.

Analytics

Analytics services (such as Google Analytics for Firebase, Unity Analytics, or similar) may collect anonymized or pseudonymized data to:

Analyze the performance and usage of the Application
Improve stability and features

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Application itself does not typically use browser cookies, but third-party services integrated into the Application may use cookies or similar technologies (such as local storage, SDK-based tracking) to provide their services, measure performance, or personalize content and ads, as described in their respective privacy policies.

5. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Where supported by your device and platform, you may also:

Disable personalized ads in your device settings;
Limit ad tracking or reset your advertising ID;
Adjust app permissions (e.g., access to notifications, network, or other features).

6. Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter, or as required by law.

If you would like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact the Service Provider (Section "Contact Us"). The Service Provider will respond within a reasonable time and, where possible, delete the requested data, except where retention is required by law, legitimate interest, or technical necessity (for example, backup systems).

7. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not intended to knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, such information will be deleted as soon as reasonably possible.

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (Section "Contact Us") so that the necessary actions can be taken.

In some regions, different age thresholds may apply under local law (e.g., 16 years under GDPR). In such cases, the Service Provider will comply with the applicable age requirements.

8. Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

9. International Data Transfers and Legal Basis (for EEA/UK Users)

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including in countries that may have different data protection laws.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, the Service Provider processes personal data based on the following legal grounds:
